Meetings of creditors in Provo are held in the Provo City Library at Academy Square

Salt Lake Locations

Ken Garff Building and Federal Courthouse

Meetings of creditors in Salt Lake are on the 2nd floor of the Ken Garff Building (Formerly the First Security Bank Building) on the southeast corner of the intersection of 4th South and Main Street.

Hearings in all case are held in one of the three courtrooms on the 3rd floor of the United States Federal Courthouse on the northeast corner of the intersection of 4th South and Main Street.

Ogden Meeting of Creditors Location

Meetings of creditors in Ogden are held in the Ogden Federal Building, 324 25th Street, Room 6026. Photo ID is required for entry into the building
