If you are a creditor of one of my consumer bankruptcy clients and need case filing or other information, please telephone me at 801-785-7085 or email me at creditors@bkutah.com.
Please email or fax reaffirmation agreements and proof of claims. You can also get case filing information from the Court's website at www.utb.uscourts.gov. I maintain a largely paper-free office and paper duplicates of documents emailed or faxed are not necessary.
