I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and moved to Utah in 1990 to finish college and attend law school. I am an attorney licensed in the State of Utah and I have practiced bankruptcy law since 1999. I graduated from Brigham Young University / J. Reuben Clark School of Law and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1995.

After working as a consultant for a major legal publisher and then for the federal government, I joined the American Fork, Utah law firm of Duval Hansen Witt & Morley.
I opened my own office in Pleasant Grove in 2003. I have "of counsel" relationships with Duval Haws & Moody, P.C and Witt Morley & Anderson, P.C. in American Fork and with Hansen & Wright, P.C. in Orem.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, with summers spent in the San Juan Islands, explains my interest in lighthouses, which have become the symbol of my law office. For hundreds of years, lighthouses have guided ships at sea toward safety and away from danger. They are a symbol of hope and security. It?s hard to imagine anything more stable and reliable, more trustworthy as a guide through trouble than a lighthouse. I hope you'll feel that my legal services live up to that standard.
